AMO Automotive Care Co

Terrible customer service and they raise prices the more you go. I had some work done a year ago for a price that now they want more than $1k more to do again even though they didn't install the part correctly which caused failure Also had the AC replaced in my 2nd car and its never been as cold since and the owner said its because its a Nissan lmao I also was quoted a extremely high price to replace a axle and went somewhere else and had it done for half of what these people wanted. Stay away from this shady and inept business if you value quality work and reasonable prices Now the owner has the nerve to lie and say they only replaced one turbo when they clearly replaced both as I have the old ones in my garage, and he also lied about the prices they quoted. He clearly quoted me $3200 to do the job again when the last time they charged 1200 less. The inept mechanic also installed some clamps upside down and broke some bolts. He mentioned that the turbos are Chinese when the AC compressor they installed on our Nissan is Chinese and they provided the part and it has never worked properly since even though they replaced the condenser as well and he chalked it up to "its a Nissan ",

Car repairs are never easy, but AMO is the shop we trust every time. They are always honest about what needs to be done and, just as importantly, what doesn't need to be done. Their transparency gives us confidence in their recommendations. The team is friendly and professional. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for the past 4 or 5 years. They are always professional, courteous, and most importantly, they are not trying to push unneeded repairs. They give honest assessment, and provide you with a range of available options. I have always been satisfied with their service. I recommend highly.

We had a great experience. Joshua was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The pricing was fair with no surprises. The whole process was smooth and stress-free.Pretty busy shop for a good reason you might expect longer waitings. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and honest service. Gracias!

AMO was able to schedule me promptly to run a diagnostic on my car. As a first-time car owner, I had many questions, and they answered each of them with patience and professionalism. They explained what they intended to do, presented me with options, and gave accurate price estimates for different scenarios, allowing me to make an informed choice as a consumer. Their prices were competitive, too. The entire staff had excellent customer service. Lastly, if you need to stay at the shop while their technicians work on your car, they have an amazing waiting room with many amenities, from free WiFi, TV, and tables to work on to complimentary beverages. In addition to the knowledgeable mechanics, you would be hard-pressed to find a more comfortable and convenient place to get your car worked on. If you need additional car services, they also can direct you to affordable and reliable detailing and towing businesses in the area. Would recommend to anyone who needs an inspection or is experiencing car troubles. Thank you team!
